Residental Development Pelinovo

Residential Development Pelinovo is a contemporary project designed to blend modern architecture with the rich tradition of the region. Located in Pelinovo Village, near the Adriatic road, it offers a strategic position between Budva, Tivat, and Kotor. The development consists of three levels, with the ground floor dedicated to commercial use, while the upper two floors provide residential spaces.

The architectural design was shaped by various challenges, including regulatory requirements, inherited settlement patterns, and the unique terrain. To harmonize the building with its surroundings, the design incorporates a fragmented layout that maximizes space efficiency. Each level is slightly shifted to adapt to the natural slope, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.

A carefully selected material palette enhances the connection to tradition. The use of pastel tones, local stone cladding, and stone retaining walls creates a visually appealing structure that respects the natural and historical context. Landscaping with native plants further reinforces a sense of harmony and tranquility.
