Twister Building

Twister is a residential and commercial building located in Budva, Montenegro.

The project started with the idea back in 2010. Its name comes from the northwest commercial lamella and its twisted facade.

The idea was sparked by an impressive rotation of a sculpture in the mountains of Spain, and certainly influenced by the angular solution required by the location.

Twister is designed as a combination of two independently functioning but visually connected lamellas: residential and commercial. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to a compact commercial space ready for commercial use.

It has been proven that achieving simplicity is the most challenging aspect.
